How much does a website cost?▾
Starter landing page from £299. Business site (up to 5 pages) from £699. Professional (up to 10 pages) from £1,199. E-Commerce from £1,499. Enterprise from £2,500. All prices are one-off — no monthly fees from us.
Are there any monthly fees?▾
No monthly platform fees from us. The only ongoing costs are your domain (typically £10–15/yr) and hosting (typically £5–15/mo). We're fully transparent about these and will advise upfront.
Do you offer payment plans?▾
Yes. For projects over £699 I offer a 50% deposit to start and 50% on delivery. Enterprise projects can be discussed on a staged payment basis. Just mention it when you enquire.
What payment methods do you accept?▾
Bank transfer (preferred), debit/credit card via invoice link, and PayPal. I issue a proper VAT-ready invoice with 14-day payment terms.
What does the 20% outreach discount mean?▾
When I reach out to a business directly, I offer 20% off because I save on traditional marketing costs. If I contacted you, mention the outreach code when you enquire.
Can I get a refund if I'm not happy?▾
I work with you through revisions until you're completely satisfied. I don't offer refunds on completed work, but I offer unlimited revisions on Professional and Enterprise tiers — and always aim to sort any concerns before it reaches that point.
How long does it take to build my website?▾
Most sites are ready for review within 48–72 hours of receiving your content. Complex e-commerce or enterprise projects may take 5–10 days. I confirm the timeline in writing before starting.
What do I need to provide?▾
Ideally: your text/copy, images or photos, logo files, and any brand colours. If you don't have these, I can advise on stock images, help with basic copywriting (small additional charge), and work from whatever you've got.
How many revisions do I get?▾
Starter: 3 rounds. Business: 5 rounds. Professional & above: unlimited revisions until you're happy. We've never had a client walk away unsatisfied.
Will I be able to update my site after launch?▾
Yes — I build with easy content management in mind. Business tier and above includes CMS access so you can update text, images, and blog posts yourself. I also provide a handover walkthrough.
Do you meet clients in person?▾
Yes, for local clients we're happy to meet in person. Most of our work is handled remotely via phone, email, and video call — which lets us work efficiently and keep prices lower.
What platform will my website be built on?▾
It depends on your needs. I use WordPress with custom themes for most content-managed sites, WooCommerce for e-commerce, and hand-coded HTML/CSS for fast landing pages. I recommend the best tool for your requirements.
Will my website be mobile-friendly?▾
Absolutely — every site I build is fully responsive and tested across mobile, tablet, and desktop. Mobile performance is a top priority, especially for Google rankings.
Will my site be fast / good Core Web Vitals?▾
Yes. I optimise images, use modern caching, and keep code clean. Professional tier and above includes full Core Web Vitals optimisation to satisfy Google's performance criteria.
Will my website be GDPR compliant?▾
Yes — all sites include a cookie notice, privacy policy, and compliant contact forms. I can advise on additional GDPR requirements for healthcare or data-heavy businesses.
Do you provide hosting?▾
I can set up hosting for you (small one-off setup fee), or advise you on which provider to use so you can manage it yourself. I work with UK-based hosting providers for reliability and speed.
Can I use my existing domain?▾
Yes — I can build your new site and migrate it to your existing domain. I'll handle the DNS setup and make sure there's minimal or zero downtime.
Can you register a new domain for me?▾
Yes — domain registration is offered as an add-on (£79 setup, then you pay annual renewal at cost). I'll advise on the best domain name for SEO and branding.
Will my website rank on Google?▾
I set up every site with solid on-page SEO — meta tags, structured data, sitemap, and fast load times. Ranking takes time (typically 3–6 months for competitive terms), but I give you the technical foundation to succeed. My SEO Booster Pack goes further with keyword research and content briefs.
Do you offer ongoing SEO services?▾
I offer a one-off SEO Booster Pack (£299) covering keyword research, competitor analysis, and content briefs. For ongoing SEO management, I can discuss a monthly arrangement — just ask.
Can you connect my site to Google Analytics?▾
Yes — Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console setup is included in Business tier and above. We'll verify your property and make sure data is tracking correctly from day one.
Is PixelForge Digital a legitimate UK business?▾
Yes. PixelForge Digital is a registered UK trading name operating in accordance with UK law. All projects are covered by a signed Client Services Agreement, carried out under UK GDPR compliance, and backed by professional indemnity insurance.
Do I get a contract?▾
Yes — every project begins with a signed Client Services Agreement that clearly outlines scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms. You're fully protected.
Who owns the website once it's built?▾
You do. Once final payment is received, you own all the assets, code, and content of the website outright. I hand over full access to everything.
